    With advanced 6-dye fluorescent, this kit amplifies 24 autosome STR loci, 1 Y chromosome STR loci, 2 Y-indel loci and Amlogenin. This kit is compatible with the commonly used commercial autosome casework kits.

    Introduction

    Microreader™ 28A ID System is a powerful kit optimized for use with the most challenging casework samples. The kit contains all of the markers included in the major global databases. With superior discrimination power, helping forensic DNA labs worldwide to maximize information recovery and improve overall efficiency.

    Highly Sensitive: complete STR profiles could be obtained when the DNA template content was as low as 0.0625ng.

    Highly Sensitive

    PCR components and conditions are well optimized, which greatly improves sensitivity of the kit. Full profile could still be obtained with DNA input as low as 0.0625 ng.10 mini-STR (<220bp) could be detected by specifically designed STR loci arrangement, which are very powerful when dealing with degraded samples.

    Stronger ability of inhibition resistance

    On the basis of high sensitivity, the improved buffer formula obtained higher anti-PCR inhibitor capability and higher amplification efficiency for samples containing humic acid, heme, tannic acid and other DNA inhibitors, ensuring stable and efficient amplification and obtainment of more reliable genotyping data.

    Elaborately design of primers

    In the R&D process, the primer design process was greatly improved and combined with the new fluorescence. High quality primers can effectively improve the balance of different dyes, reduce the generation of dye peaks, and help analysts to analyze data more easily and quickly, and improve work efficiency.
